Active balancing of Lithium Ion battery packs at the cell level. Takes power from the high volt cell and delivers the power to the low volt cell. 4 cell and 8 cell units available. Works well on small battery packs. Not recommended for large series strings such as electric vehicles. Transfer rate is slow and struggles on large amp hour capacity banks.
