Can I connect multiple I2C devices to the same pins and will one set of pull up resistors only be req.

That's the way the I2C bus works.

Just as long as the address for each device is unique.

More devices on the line increases the capacitance on the line. This may then force you to go to lower speeds and / or lower value pull-up resistors. See information on this here.
