I got a VT100 board together. When plugged into VGA monitor
(with or without MicroMite), I get "mode not supported" on the
screen. At first I thought it was a message from the board,
but now I'm thinking it's from the monitor itself ....
Ideas ?????

The monitor doesn't like the scan rate that the VT100 terminal uses.

Some monitors only accept a limited range of scan rates.

After adding the solder blob for VGA signal and the LED,
the VT100 works (loopback and all)
Still cannot reach the MicroMite though.
It's intermittent at best.
Best case I get the Basic splash screen,
but keyboard doesn't echo.
At times keyboard echos, but certain keys
give weird results ........
Gettin' closer .............
