Notice. New forum software under development. It's going to miss a few functions and look a bit ugly for a while, but I'm working on it full time now as the old forum was too unstable. Couple days, all good. If you notice any issues, please contact me.

With some new ideas in my head I am cleaning up old stock for new stuff at the moment, so it is probably a good time if anyone wants something from my previous works, go and check the website as they are all on very symbolic prices.
I can combine postage.

Hi kiiid,

Slightly off topic but I was just browsing your web site and saw that the MICROKITE has an option for FANF Firmware.

I gather it is a variant of FORTH a language I have always admired but, apart from a brief flirtation with it on the ZX81 and the Dragon 64, I have not seen used in ages.

Do you have any pointers to where I could get more information on FANF and will it load on a PIC32MX150?

Cheers
Chris

EDIT:

Followed the link to GitHub and am reading the PDF, I see it supports the MX170.Edited by Chris Roper 2015-06-22

Sure! Have a look here
I haven't done any work on it for a while due to other things, and the Microkite (or Micromite respectively) port is not fully complete. Also some things in the hardware port (not in the language core) are simply screaming for improvement, but I haven't had any time to do them so far... But you can freely modify and update there at will.
