Found this document published in 2009 by David Michael Whaley which was his PhD Thesis submitted to The University of Adelaide.

Low-Cost Small-Scale Wind Power Generation

Contains lots of detailed information relating to the use of F&P stators as the PMA on small scale Wind Turbines. Bit of a marathon to get through, but worth the effort.
There are realities if you do not accept, will lead to frustration because you will be spending time on wrong assumptions and the results cannot follow! The Dunning Kruger Effect :)
