T_DO AND SD_DO go directly to the PicoMite MISO. Only the LCD_SDO has a problem. You could first try a 680R between SDO and the PicoMite MISO, see if everything works properly (blit, touch & SD). If it does that is all you need to do. Touch should be ok but SD cards might not, in which case use the circuit above.
