Hi Jim,
Just some ideas on some updates to MM Edit please?
1:- Option for "Backup before Load" to compliment the "Save before load".
From what I can work out, MM Edit does not backup an unchanged file so the saved file does not get backed up. What I have been doing is after a save, do an inconsequential change to the program & leave it open so that it will be backed up when the scheduled BU time occurs.
2:- Adding "*.lib" to the "Save as type" Dropbox.
3:- Auto fill the current filename in the "File name" box for "Save As..".
Would save typing whole file name in if only the version number is changed. I know you can click on a file in the File List, but if you want to save it elsewhere & forget to do this or to copy the file name from elsewhere, it's a tiny bit of a pain.
Just some ideas for an already great program.
