As a comparison, my last bill in chilly Tasmania had an average daily consumption of 21.9kWh (total of general and heating tariffs)
That's with all electric (ducted heat pump) heating
I have bills going back a long way. I could do a comparison back to before I was married but that would not be a wise thing to do.
