ILI9488 drivers: MM2 and MM+

I did exactly that for my first posts, but then got overconfident... Bill : I'll print your post and go through it point by point. I'm also in the process of setting an ILI9488 up on a spare E100 that I happen to have. I'll hopefully get back before the end of the day. And no, I don't mind anybody pointing out the obvious to me.
