UPDATE
Can confirm both touch and SDcard working with a 680ohm resistor in the MISO line from the LCD. LCD then also works with BLIT, PIXEL() and transparent text.
CAUTION the display I just purchased doesn't have a 3.3V regulator on the VDD input so if I was to put 5V on that pin then the SDcard would also get 5V -BAD!!!
