@warpspeed Unfortunately my board is 145 x 85, with no wriggle room on dimensions (it must match an existing PCB), and cutting by hand later on is not an acceptable option in my book - that's what I pay a PCB manufacturer to do for me!
I'll have to see what they offer. It may be that JCL is not the place to go to for this job, but they would certainly be worth adding to my list of options to consider for future work.
