Could you use a 555 monostable triggered by the 1PPS signal and then the reasonably precise 10mS timing to turn the relay off? Use the Micromite as a control manager to either enable of disable the triggering of the 555?
... almost all of the Maximites, the MicromMites, the MM Extremes, the ArmMites, the PicoMite and loving it!
