It can also be programmed using the ST-LINK header using a ST-LINKV2 or ST-LINKV3 These pins are a subset of the JTAG header but are all that is needed. At some stage I'll post the gerbers and BOM for the single board version together with the component placement file to allow anyone to make it or have one made.
