With a huge thanks to Peter for his contribution to the graphics side of the CMM2 and his kind permission to post the content of his thread on graphics, attached is the first draft of Graphics Programming on the CMM2.pdf.
If you spot any errors or typos, please let me know. Peter has indicated that he has some more to add once the furor of the CMM2 release subsides a little so I will add those (or anything anyone feels is important) to any future updates.
