CMM2 graphics examples and explanation

Nice work Doug. But it appears that all the embedded links are not working (they just appear as underlined blue text in the PDF).  eg. The video links and .zip code references. So there's no way to locate these file / URL references. I don't think it's me, as I tried viewing the PDF in my browser, as well as using Adobe Reader.
