I suspect it doesn't, in which case the answer is no. If that's the case, once programmed it could do so if that initial program added that feature, but that would still leave the overall answer as no. You don't need a PC, anything running Linux (for example) will do, if it can connect to the CMM2.  E.g. a Raspberry Pi.  I provided a detailed write-up. John
