Very important that the turns are exactly the same on each of the secondary pairs. But that should be easy to verify during winding. Its no worse than running multiple layers in parallel which is what people are doing now anyway. Yeah that's breath holding time when you power up one and check each of the others. Big sigh of relief when they all measure the same.
