Good way to create a backup  copy of a micromite program

I love the workflow without a computer. Only a keyboard, Monitor, ASCII Video Terminal an the Micromite. There is only one Problem: what would be a good way to create a backup copy of the Basic program on the micromite? Best Regards Vamp05
