I would just add ground planes to both boards, and remove all the 90 degree bends from the traces. The former will be good for noise / return current loops and the latter is a bit more aesthetic since this isn't a high speed board. If YOU want to start a new thread, I can definitely help with the features you want though. Not something I need for my inverter :) R
