Hi SYM-1, All,
I just un-routed my latest board and tried to re-route it.
The Electra limitation popped up, I have 286 pads on the board, max is 250.
Based on that I guess that I one of the following scenarios occurred in the design process.
I used the Internal router (presumably was active when I designed the board (final save 13-April), I thought I was using.
I started the design when there were less than 250 pads and then added more components manually, (highly likely).
I manually routed the board from scratch (unlikely).
I don't know why the internal router has been removed because it was quite good.
