Flashing the ESP-01

I don't see a switch on it to allow that. Also, what is the URL of the latest firmware? I see 1.7.4 listed in this forum but when I go to the Espressif website it looks like the latest version is 2.1 or 2.2 and there's a choice of VROOM, WROVER, PICO, and SOLO. Which one (if any) can we use?
