I assume you mean R80 and R81 - they are installed.
None of the mice I have tried light up at all, so I kinda suspect USB-only mice.
I have ordered a MS basic optical mouse for the grand sum of eighteen bucks.....
I assume my command syntax is OK?
IE: OPTION MOUSE 0 - that is correct for the USB port mouse so long as no IC5 fitted, and the solder blobs are blobbed - correct?
Just want to make sure I am doing everything right.
The very first G2 I played with, I fitted the HT USB mouse chip(IC5) and those mice work on that unit, but not the one without IC5, so I think it is simply that these mice do not like the taste of the PS/2 signals.
