Sounds like a leadership problem not a people problem. Yes, and very much true to the point, the problem is so wide spread throughout this system and makes for an awkward mostly unworkable scene for people in government organisations and businesses, and it will continue down its own orifice. The ordinary people do there best to get around it all and is the reason we survive....sort of.     Its great to read comments and experiences from others that visit Australia.
