G’day Lads,
You blokes make me feel feeble brained, I left tech school in 1975 and at one stage I wanted to be a mathematics teacher.
I eventually went and did a fitter and turner apprenticeship. The maths there was pretty lame compared to quadratic equations and calculus etc.
I hardly remember any of that stuff these days, to see you all chatting nonchalantly about it really makes me realise how much has fallen out of my brain. Maybe I have had too much scotch. (OK Jim, I know there is no such thing as too much Scotch).
Anyway, glad all that knowledge is not lost in history.
