Pete, yes I did make doors but motorbikes don't require doors, so never been on since rego. Driving in the rain is no problem. Here in Canberra on Thursday was pouring rain. I still drove in it. Did around 40km driving around Canberra. Max range depends on speed, terrain, wind, temperature, rolling resistance (tyre pressure). Generally speaking 200km at 100kmhr, flat ground, smooth road, no wind. Town driving around 360km range.     I can supply the parts, don't know what you consider as reasonable price.
