Roger it's a shame it's only 10ohms, that will be too low for both pre charge and discharge. I have 165000uF of capacitance so with 150ohms it can discharge to 10v in around 40 seconds. With 10ohms that that would be have to dissipate about 230 watts initially and take a couple of seconds to discharge.
