Thanks for all your testing Mike, its very educational.

Just to be sure we compare apples to apples can you mention your inductance tester and at which frequency it tests the inductance of your chokes?

I have a reasonably good tester, it only does inductance and capacitance. But, as I'm still on the road, I don't have the specs handy to see what is the test frequency.
