This way LCD ACV voltage should be within a volt or so the the true RMS Mains monitor. Not going to make any difference to your fault finding, but at least you will be looking at roughly the same numbers on the meters and any handheld meter that you are suing.   BTW That AC monitor model appears to be very accurate against my expensive True RMS meter.     .
