Inverter building using Wiseguys Power board and the Nano drive board

I have some of the clone boards with the MEGA328PB, they all work fine: I have clones with a 328PB chip. I just checked: pin 3 =GND, pin 6=Vcc. In this case, can I use them or not? I run inverter with this chip and seems to be working good, but not tested all functions yet so can't confirm it is 100% fine. I have also 328PA and 328P chips in hand, and they have same as 328PB 3 and 6 pins connected to +V and gnd.
