Importing Macros into sprint layout

I already have some from way back but I suspect someone as industrious as yourself would have created a lot more by now. I have just finished designing my first (test) board and was about to order from JLPCB when I decided to add more functionality (stuff, junk whatever) . This will require me to turn it into a double sided board - just to add to the learning curve. Cheers
