While you could use the Raspberry Pi Pico 2 to play around with the HSTX interface, you’d have some soldering to do, and a more convenient way to be started is getting a board like the RP2xxx Stamp Carrier XL in combination with the R2350 Stamp module since it exposes the HSTX interface through a micro HDMI port.
