I/m confused. The crystal frequency is 12MHz.
252MHz / 12MHz is 21. That isn't a power of 2.
384MHz / 12MHz is 32. That *is* a power of 2.
This is probably something to do with PLLs or something confusing like that.
Mind you, I'm easily confused. :)
