Hi Peter,
I have tested your TestHDMI.zip file and it's working fine on a monitor 640x480 73Hz but still not on large TV, so I thought I'd better check it was able to display down to that resolution and it appears it can't (480i, 480p, 576i, 576p, 720i, 720p, 1080i, 1080p, 2160i) so anyway the HDMI output is working fine at 73Hz.
