Pico 2 with 6.00.00.b8

Why does the USB always announce that a generic gamepad is detected whenever a keyboard is plugged in? I've just tried two other keyboards. This one is a wireless Logitech and it announces a mouse, keyboard and gamepad! That's probably because of Logitech's multi-purpose dongle. The other two keyboards are normal Chinese ones.

If I add a generic controller that is added as expected.

Incidentally, the direction pad on it is detected by online testers as pushing a LH analogue joystick to it's 100% limits. It's not seen as switches and I don't think it works in MMBasic. It's the usual "bone" shaped controller. (I've lost the command for reading anything but the WII controller in MMBasic. Can someone help please?)

Is this right? I thought the Pico 2 only had 2MB of flash?

(Don't give up, Stan. The Pico 2 is (as far as I know) the same as the original in modes 1 and 2, just faster. You don't have to use the other modes and you don't have to be stuck with VGA now - although it's fine if you are happy with it's capabilities. Ordinary DVI (not widescreen) seems to be just as easy to use as VGA, it's just that it costs you two pins.)
