PSRAM is volatile, you lose what's in it om power off. It is, basically, a slower RAM disk, it's just that it isn't handled as such in firmware (not yet anyway!).
(It's weird stuff - dynamic RAM with built-in refresh so it looks like static RAM from the outside.) |
