RP2350 PSRAM: how to wire, how to use?

It is, basically, a slower RAM disk, it's just that it isn't handled as such in firmware (not yet anyway!). (It's weird stuff - dynamic RAM with built-in refresh so it looks like static RAM from the outside.)
