what semiconductor manufacturer uses the Beta symbol?

The semiconductor manufacturer Infineon Technologies uses a logo that resembles a Beta symbol (β). The symbol appears stylized in the swoosh that arcs above their company name in the logo.

Infineon Technologies is a German semiconductor manufacturer, known for producing chips related to automotive, industrial, and security solutions. The logo is not explicitly a Beta symbol, but its curved, sweeping style can remind viewers of the Greek Beta letter.

On Markplaats a secondhand website is someone who sells them for €1,50 a piece. He has 70 of them and they are "new", however I see solder residus on the pins.

These transistors are workhorses, not fast but for Audio and power supplies they are great.
