Hi all.  that time of the year again.

Most of the carnival motors are powered by picaxe chips but all the RGB WS2812 LED strips and displays use Raspberry pico (MMbasic) except the train that is controlled by a picomite.

I use a total of 24 picomites for the display along with several 170 chips and a 470 for the 64 X 32 display.

I could stare at this stuff for hours...Love it

Used to take my kids trick-or-treating in Florida and some of the houses...wow!
The kids had a hard time getting me to move from one house to the next

Guys, forget the Nuremberg Christmas market and look at Bill's Christmas decorations! I've never seen anything like it. Fantastic!

Did you make all the carnival excitement yourself ? Wood ? Or where they kits ?

I built all from wood with a lots of 3d printed parts.  All home designed.   For the 3d parts I use mainly PETG and some Carbon fiber infused PLA for the gears on the octopus ride.
