Hi Christian,
I finally got the lasercut file. You'll have to find out for yourself how to put the puzzle together!

I glued the parts together with wood glue (Ponal) - it becomes transparent later and holds quite well. You could also disassemble the housing with water.
I fixed the individual parts with elastic band while they were drying.
I only clamped the lid. It holds quite well for me and can still be opened at any time.
I glued the board in with double-sided adhesive tape - this has proved to be very effective.
The rubber feet supplied fit into the four holes in the base plate...
