Use 40x40 aluminum profiles for the frame or if you have the opportunity weld it. This can deliver precision which equals 500K mills. The spindle rotation speed is really important the smaller the diameter of the tool is. 30.000rpm is good to have a possible milling speed of 300mm/min which is a significant factor as you wait 4 hours for a side to be finished or 1...
