The motor is the one recommended by Mick earlier, £12 but can get for £10 free postage. the mounting bracket is steel. it would be more solid on the other printer without any bracket as it's metal but holes need drilling to mount motor.
lots of people done this but some say the motors don't last, bearings as not meant for lateral stress. others say dremel best others say no.
