Hi Mick, are we talking about "primary cells"? Is a 18650 a "primary cell"? Does the inaccuracy play a role when we make hundreds of voltage measurements across a certain resistance? I can only confirm that my measurements always agreed very well with the expected values. A constant current sink is not required. I don't know where we are talking past each other?
