[Help Needed] DC Noise Affecting Arduino – SPWM Inverter

I usually go silly with filters/grounding when it's bad, ask anyone here how many annoying " problems " have arisen from the slightest unfiltered "noise". especially sensor wires, I try and use cheap shielded Ethernet cable,its a waste sometimes but it works well...
