Completely off topic
Tried different way of frying an egg ... usual ways, I either undercook the white (yuk) or overcook the yolk (meh)..
So I thought, use separate regimes, no worries !!! Cook the white in frypan, good and hot, then smudge it into pea size bits with the spatula making it all into a volcano-crater shape.. turn the heat low, add the yolk and mix it around into an aggregate, the residual heat cooks it as you wish. You can make novelty shapes to ah, amuse the participants (and it tastes great) |
