Additional error checking included so that file/pathnames > than the maximum should give a standard MMbasic error rather than crashing. Hi Peter, just a quick thank you for increasing the filename/pathname char length! This helps a lot, and I don't need to re-program a program I am currently working on.   Greetings Daniel
