Boot with your stick.
Use filemanager and click on your root partion. Then goto etc subdirectory.
Right click and chose "open terminal here"
Edit file group with:
sudo nano group
Add your username behind: sudo:x:27:
Ctrl-x to exit and save.
Reboot and it should be fixed
