Hi Albert,
That does not work.
Each time you do an OUT pins,... The base GPIO pin is the starting position.
So a OUT pins 6,xx sends data to GPIO 18,19,20,21,22,23
If you do an OUT pins 3,xx you send to GPIO 18,19,20
The second OUT pins 3,xx you send again to GPIO 18,19,20
So you never update pins GPIO 21,22,23
