I'm gonna push them a LITTLE harder for an answer as to WHY they don't just have the on-duty staff memeber call the A/H support.
I mean - it's dead-easy to do via a speed-dial number on the staff cell-phone, and you then have human-to-human communication.
This whole "Press a button to contact the A/H support team" is - frankly - more trouble then it's worth, IMHO.
I'm still going to investigate all the ideas posted on this thread though, but I don't really see the point of this, as it is making things more difficult then they need to be, if you see what I am getting at. |
