The HSTX peripheral used for DVI-D/HDMI uses a fixed set of pins, many of which are missing on that module. On AE there are Pico 2 clones that use the same layout and pins as a R-Pi Pico 2 for a similar price to the RP2350-Zero so HDMI should work on them.
