Access to TheBackShed.com is iffy for me

I've been looking for a pattern over the last 3 months.   It is not dependent on the time of day. I've been mostly in Houston and Salt Lake City and the roads in between those two cities.   It happens in all my locations, wherever I am. I've switched browsers several times and it is not dependent on the browser. I see this problem regardless of the machine I am on.  And all of my machines have vanilla network stacks with nothing weird going on. I have a lot of network expertise from my career and work experience. Even so...   I don't have a clue what is happening.  It is kind of acting like IP traffic is funneled down to just one link between myself and TheBackShed.   And that one link is coming and going.   If this is WAN issue, there is probably not much any of us can do about it.   And as mentioned earlier, with all the cyber attacks happening globally, it is probably best to just wait it out.
