If you like to work with SketchUP, you can use a CAM plug-in for it. See here the website. On youtube you can find useful tutorials about the subject. Also, Inkscape have a CAM plug-in ... I have to search for it... Found it. The last stable version is 1.7 - read that forum thread for the manual.
